I'm not a financial expert. I've made many financial mistakes in my life. Making mistakes and failing is how we learn. My purpose here is to pass on things that I have learned that work. These are usually the result of a failure. They are the course corrections made to avoid the same mistakes over and over. And sometimes I'll pass along things I learn from other creators.
